Spanish Game Night

Practice Spanish in a fun way!

All Spanish Game Nights are held via Zoom and will last 30 minutes.

Must be 18 years old or older to join.

We will be playing “Guess the Sentence”!

Practice letters and words in Spanish!
Here is an example:

Schedule:

6:00-6:05: Introductions

• Since it will be on Zoom, and most the time people are in different orders on the screen depending on phone or computer usage, instead of asking “¿Cómo te llamas?” to you, I will say, “Hola, ____(name). ¿Cómo estás?”(How are you?) and you will answer with “Hola, estoy bien (o mal).”(Hello, I am well (or bad). Y quizás ( and perhaps), I will say, “¿Por qué¿ (why). You may answer if you want, or not!

6:05-6:10: Review the alphabet

• We will be going over the alphabet in Spanish because you will be calling out letters in Spanish, to try to solve and guess the mystery phrase/sentence!

6:10-6:30

• Play Guess the Sentence!

Each time there will be a different theme/type of sentences. For example, it could be house vocabulary in the present tense. Or perhaps it will be food vocabulary in the future tense.
